Falcon Export Hub ships door hardware orders both within India and internationally. Shipping terms are confirmed as part of every proforma invoice.
Domestic Orders
Domestic shipments are dispatched via reputed logistics partners. Delivery timelines depend on order quantity and destination, and are communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Export Orders
Export shipments are handled via sea or air freight as agreed with the buyer, following standard export documentation (invoice, packing list, and applicable certificates). Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.) are agreed per order.
Packaging
All products are securely packed to prevent damage in transit, with export-grade packaging available on request for larger orders.
Tracking & Delays
Tracking details are shared once an order is dispatched. Falcon Export Hub is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier partners, or circumstances beyond our control.
